By commissioning me you agree to these terms.

I hold the right to reject any commission I don't feel comfortable doing.I always take payment upfront
However,
If you are making a large purchase, ( $100.00 and up ) I am willing to work out a payment plan with you, just ask if that's the case
WORKS IN PROGRESS AND REFUNDS
During the process if you would like to see a WIP Please ask, otherwise I won't reach out until the initial sketch phase is done. Please also keeping in mind that once the sketch is approved there will be no refunds. Refunds may be given if I am not able to complete your commission, Refunds can be given in money or art vouchers per the commissioners preference.
NSFW
I will do NSFW art but please keep in mind that you need to be 18 or older to order that type of content. And these commissions are to be done privately either via discord, or email. (Characters MUST to be of age, and in anthro only for NSFW, please inquire about what i am willing to draw) I will ask for proof of age,
SOCIAL MEDIA
If you do not want your commission to be posted publicly, please let me know, otherwise, everything is posted on social media.
CHARACTER RIGHTS
If you end up selling a character and including art I did of them, please feel free to include it into the price and no need to ask my permission, just make sure the proper credit is present.
